JP Technical has been proudly serving Alaskan businesses since 1996. Based in Anchorage, we bring over two decades of experience in managed IT services, cybersecurity, compliance, and support across the state.

Our Sweet Spot
We find there’s a huge gulf between businesses that are too small for the big service companies, but need more than the meager skills of a break-fix shop. That’s our specialty.
Our ideal client size is around 10–50 people, though we successfully support businesses from solo operators to 60+ person enterprises. Over the years, we’ve gained valuable experience with a wide variety of industries including:

Remote-Ready Before It Was Cool
We’ve been fully remote workers since our start in 2002, and fully cloud-based since 2007. When COVID-19 forced businesses to support remote workers overnight, our biggest challenge was helping clients source webcams and headsets — because their infrastructure was already ready.
Work-from-home is a piece of cake for us, and we can help you feel just as confident about it.
